Discover Our Purpose and Passion
At Composed Chaos, we believe that those who care for everyone else deserve care too. We're two nurse leaders with over 35 years of experience in behavioral health, patient advocacy, and healthcare leadership. As whole person advocates, we’ve seen the toll caregiving can take—not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually.
We created Composed Chaos to be a restorative space for individuals navigating overwhelm: healthcare staff stretched thin, neurodivergent professionals managing competing demands, caregivers pouring from an empty cup, mothers holding everyone together, and women experiencing the profound shifts of perimenopause and menopause.
Here, we don’t offer quick fixes. We co-create sustainable strategies for resilience and renewal—so you can return to yourself with more peace, more clarity, and more power.
Because when you care for others… who cares for you?
We do.

Who We Are
Highly qualified and motivated professionals
With about 20 years of experience in behavioral health and nursing leadership, Deanna Stewart, DNP, RN, blends evidence-based care with heartfelt compassion. As a skillful and highly educated nurse, she’s walked beside individuals navigating burnout, identity shifts, and emotional exhaustion—especially caregivers and neurodivergent professionals. Her coaching is grounded in trauma-informed approaches and mindful listening.
Outside the office: She’s an avid health enthusiast, a lover of cozy blankets and good boundaries, and firmly believes that laughter—especially the kind that makes you breathless—is underrated medicine.
